Mixed-Use Tower Proposed in Westshore District
Tampa-based developer Ally Capital Group has proposed a development that would bring 360 apartments and a restaurant to Tampa’s Westshore district. The plans call for an apartment community, with a 7,000-square-foot restaurant, on the site of the former AAA building. The apartments would be contained in two 14-story buildings, with a six-story parking garage with 718 parking spaces, between them. The ground floor restaurant, which would feature a 1,932-square-foot patio, would front Westshore. A rezoning application has been filed with the City of Tampa, a hearing will take place in September 2022.
