Montgomery County Sells Woodmont Triangle Parking Lot for $9M
Aksoylu Properties has acquired a Woodmont Ave. parking lot from Montgomery County for $9,070,715. The lot is part of a larger development site where the firm is planning Artena. The new development would include over 400 apartments and 20,000 square feet of retail space. In May Aksoylu paid nearly $11,000,000 for a string of commercial properties along Wisconsin Avenue.
