Namdar Group Acquires $195M Loan, Plans 1,354 Units in Downtown Miami
Namdar Group received a $195 million loan for the land purchase and construction of Namdar Towers. The group paid $40.5 million for the 1.3 acre lot in Downtown Miami.
Namdar Towers is a proposed 1354-unit residential tower that will total over 1.2 million square feet.
