Nearly 50K SF Mixed-Use Project Proposed in Georgetown
Fortis Companies has proposed a mixed-use project at 1805 Wisconsin Avenue in Georgetown. The 4-story mixed-use building would replace a single-story commercial building and surface parking lot. Plans for the project call for 10,000 square feet of retail space with 35,000 square feet of residential uses plus 23 parking spaces.
