New Luxury Condominium Development Planned in West Palm Beach
Developer Related Group has plans for a luxury 26-story condominium development in West Palm Beach. Shorecrest will offer 140 one- to four-bedroom units. The building will rise on the property of Temple Israel of West Palm Beach and the plans include a 21,511-sqaure foot religious facility/preschool. Located west of I-95 and south of Currie Park, the development features frontage of the Intracoastal Waterway. The project will go before the West Palm Beach Plans & Plats Review Committee on January 11th.
