Renderings Surfaced For $1B Transit-Oriented Development Upland Park
The renderings for Upland Park have officially been released. Upland Park is a master-planned to include a walkable neighborhood with built-in traffic solutions and will also feature 1,700+ new mid-rise and garden residences, 140,000 square feet of retail space, 427,000 square feet of commercial space,126-room hotel, office space and a charter school. Developers plan to start site work early 2023.
