New York Developer Moves into South Florida Market with Development Site Acquisition
New York real estate developer, operator, owner and manager Highpoint Property Group has made its entry into the South Florida market. Highpoint Property Group has acquired 1601 North Riverside, a 2.9-acre multifamily development site, for $2.3 million. The plan is to build a townhome community on the site, which is located along the intracoastal waterway in Pompano Beach, Florida.
