NHP Foundation Closes on Takoma Park Dev. Site for $7.5M
The NHP Foundation has acquired the property at 7050 Eastern Ave. NW for $7,535,000. Plans for the site call for a 6-story multifamily building to include 110 affordable units. The project will also have roughly 4,000 sq. ft. of space dedicated to amenity space and residential service areas.
