NIH New SRLM Building Approved
The National Capital Planning Commission has approved the National Institutes of Health new Surgery, Radiology and Laboratory Medicine (SRLM) Building on their existing Bethesda Campus. The state-of-the-art building will include nine levels above grade (including interstitial floors and a roof penthouse) and two levels below grade. The 629,440 building gross square feet includes 547,290 BGSF of new construction that is directly linked to the West Lab Wing of the existing CRC, which will include an additional 82,150 BGSF of renovation.
