NoMad Residences Wynwood Contractor Requests Dewatering Permit
Beauchamp Construction Company has applied for two temporary dewatering wells for the NoMad Residences in Wynwood site . The project will be located at 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Miami, FL and will feature a 9-story mixed-use with 329 fully finished and furnished turnkey residences in a mix of studio to two-bedroom floor plans.
According to Miami Building Department, the project applied for a construction permit in September 2022 and is now currently being reviewed. With the filed DERM application in the works, construction could start soon. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
