Odyssey Properties Group Acquires Two Florida Multi-Family Communities for $53 Million
Odyssey Properties Group, a California-based real estate investment firm, has purchased two assets in Florida, The Easton in Brandon, FL and The Tidewater in Atlantic Beach, FL. Odyssey acquired the properties for $53 million. The Easton, formerly known as The Park at Vincenzo, offers 184 apartment homes in 23 buildings with 375 parking spaces. The one and two-bedroom apartments range from 800 to 1,000-square feet. Community amenities include two pools, tennis court, fitness and two laundry facilities. The community is located 12 miles from downtown Tampa. Formerly known as The Park at Rossini, Tidewater at Atlantic Beach features 120 one and two-bedroom apartment units ranging from 660 to 880-square feet along with 250 parking spots. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool and playground. The community is located 16 miles from downtown Jacksonville and six miles from Jacksonville beach.
