Orr Partners Presents Updated Plans for Arlington Site
Orr Partners has presented updated plans for the 2.2-acre site along Arlington Boulevard, currently home to the Red Lion Hotel along with the Ellis Arms & Williamsburg Apartments. The developer proposes an 8-story multifamily building to include 446 units, a mix of studios through 3 bedrooms. The project would also include 3 courtyards, 1 with a pool. Prior plans for the site called for a hotel & condo development.
