Pair of Kalorama Office Buildings Sold for $203M
JBG Smith has sold the Universal Building North & Universal Building South for a total $203,700,000 to Philadelphia-based Post Brothers. The buildings located at 1825 & 1875 Connecticut Ave. NW feature around 385,000 square feet of office and retail space situated on a 2.5+ acre parcel. The buildings were originally built in the 1950s and 1960s and renovated in the 1990s. Amenities include an on-site tenant-only conference facility, bike cage, access to a 20,000-square-foot fitness facility, and the rooftop terrace in the neighboring building. FlyWheel studio is a few steps away.
