Permits Filed for 12-Story Residential Building in Kips Bay
Permits have just been filed for a 12-story, residential development at 429 2nd Avenue in Manhattan's Kips Bay neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 3-story medical office would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
