Permits Filed for 13-Story Residential Project in Alphabet City
Permits have been filed for a 13-story, residential development at 746 East 5th Street in Manhattan's Alphabet City neighborhood. Developed by Goldbar LLC, the building would contain units. These would primarily be market-rate apartments, but plans call for at least 15 affordable units. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. A small garage would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
