Permits Filed for 7-Story Rental Building in Bedford Park
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development, at 172 East 205th Street in the Bedford Park neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by Gregory Harvey of Fifth Avenue Construction Services Inc, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story residential building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
