Permits Filed for 16-Story Residential Building in East Flatbush
Building permits have just been filed for a 16-story, residential development, at 341 Lenox Road in Brooklyn's East Flatbush neighborhood. Developed by Yuda Fruth, under an entity named "City Wide Developers Group LLC", the building will contain rental apartments, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles. Plans also call for a cellar level and a rear yard.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, single-family house, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
