Permits Filed for 4-Story Apartment Building in Pelham Parkway
Building permits have just been filed for a 4-story, residential development, at 2136 Matthews Avenue in the Bronx's Pelham Parkway neighborhood. Developed by Amarjit Singh, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar as well as areas for both open and enclosed parking, with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The site has already been cleared by Zefi & Co. LLC, and the lot is ready to excavate.
