Permits Filed for 8-Story Apartment Building in Crotona Park East
Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development, at 1288 Southern Boulevard in the Crotona Park East neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by Abdul Kayum, the building would contain rental apartments and 668 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level, as well as both an open parking area and an enclosed garage, with enough room for vehicles combined.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The lot is currently vacant and no demolition would be required.
