Permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development at 1506 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx's Crotona Park East neighborhood. The building would contain residential units, 624 square feet of community facility space, and a cellar. Plans also call for a mix of enclosed and open parking for up to vehicles.
