Permits Filed for 4-Story Residential Building in Morrisania
Building permits have just been filed for a 4-story, residential development, at 3311 3rd Avenue in the Bronx's Morrisania neighborhood. Developed by Joel Friedman, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, and a penthouse suite.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. It would be built on a slim, vacant lot, which is currently used as a parking area.
