Permits have just been filed for a 5-story, mixed-use development at 3029 Godwin Terrace in the Bronx's Kingsbridge neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and 3,650 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar and an open parking area with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. A building that previously occupied the property has already been demolished in order to make way for the new development.
