Permits Filed for 6-Story Residential Project in Kingsbridge Heights
Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, residential development, at 2758 Kingsbridge Terrace in the Kingsbridge Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and 2,310 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for 12 open parking spots and an enclosed garage, with enough room for 7 vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. A single-family house has already been demolished on the site to make way for the new development.
