Developed by Fortune Assets LLC, the building would contain residential condos and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. Having sat vacant for well over a decade, the lot is unimproved and no demolition will be required.
