Permits Filed for 7-Story Mixed-Use Project in Crotona Park East
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development, at 1344 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx's Crotona Park East neighborhood. Developed by B&B 2 Builders LLC, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a ground-floor retail space. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing single-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
