Permits Filed for 8-Story Mixed-Use in Kensington
Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development, at 428 East 9th Street in Brooklyn's Kensington neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain residential condo units and 1,357 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for an open parking area and an enclosed garage with enough room for vehicles combined. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing single-family house would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
