Permits Filed for 8-Story Mixed-Use in Mt. Hope
Permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development at 53 East 177th Street in the Bronx's Mt. Hope neighborhood. Developed by Mike Schwartz, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for 1,838 square feet of community facility space.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site is currently a parking lot, and no demolition will be required.
