Permits Filed for Crown Heights Mixed-Use Project
Permits have been filed for a 5-story mixed-use building at 975 Nostrand Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Developed by, , it would contain rental apartment units, spanning square feet. There would also be square feet of retail on the ground floor. This will most likely be occupied by the Associated grocery store that resides in the current structure on the property. In addition to residential and commercial space, the new building is planned to have an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. As a tenant amenity, there will also be a separate storage section that can hold up to 117 bicycles. The new building will be designed by and total approximately square feet.
