Permits have just been filed for a 23-story, mixed-use tower at 250 West 49th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. Developed by , the building would contain residential units and commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall, but the total square footage is unknown at this time. An existing 8-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
