Peterson Companies Looking to Expand Self-Storage Portfolio
The Peterson Companies have announced they are actively seeking land and acquisition opportunities for self-storage in Maryland, Virginia and DC. The firm recently opened a new, 4-story, 110,000-square-foot facility in Frederick, MD. Peterson Cos identified self-storage as a new business segment in 2015 as part of an effort to diversify its portfolio.
