Swift Construction Slated for NoVa Gateway Center in Fredericksburg
The Northern Virginia Gateway Center is under construction, having moved over 2 million cubic yards of dirt. Home to Amazon’s 630,000 sq. ft. cross doc facility, which should be delivered later this year.
The Class A development is one of the largest shovel-ready industrial sites on the 1-95 corridor, strategically positioned to serve the Washington DC Metro area. A specified building of up to 556,000 sq. ft., as well as multiple build-to-suit opportunities up to 1M sq. ft., are currently available.
The project will create an integrated industrial campus of 270 acres along with 2.4M SF of building space, in Stafford’s designated logistics and industrial area.
