Construction Progressing for Phase II of Northern Virginia Gateway
Construction at Northern Virginia Gateway’s Phase II is moving right along and will be ready for occupancy later this year. Phase II, a 559,480 SF cross-dock facility, will offer trophy-quality tilt-wall construction, 40' clear ceiling heights and 125' truck courts with convenient access to I-95 in Stafford County, VA.
