Northern VA Gateway Phase 1 Nearly Complete
Construction is wrapping up on Phase 1 of the Northern Virginia Gateway. The new 630K SF state-of-the-art cross-dock Amazon distribution facility, is just about ready for occupancy. Plans for the site also include additional build-to-suit, buildings featuring trophy-quality tilt-wall construction, 40' clear height, ESFR sprinklers, and a 130' truck court.
