Plans Filed for 3-Building, 550+ Unit Development in Quincy Center
Tremont Asset Management - a subsidiary of Slater Family Holdings - and Broadway Hospitality Group have proposed a 3-building development on Hancock Street in Quincy Center. Plans call for a 15-story tower featuring 204 residential units at 1469 Hancock Street, a 500,000 SF mixed-use building in place of the Messina lot, and a 7-story, mixed-use building at 1445 Hancock Street. The development would also include a three-level performing arts center, co-working space, and multi-level restaurant space.
