Plans Filed for Multi-Family Tower in Downtown Tampa
A local developer, Liberty Group, has filed plans for a new 31-story multi-family tower in downtown Tampa. The building will offer 359 apartment units along with resident lounge and amenities. The tower will rise on the site of the existing Penny Paint and Glass Building which will remain intact. The new tower will be constructed around it. Liberty Group acquired the property in September 2021. The location in downtown Tampa is in close proximity to the Channelside and Water Street districts.
