The Fortis Companies have filed plans for a 7-story project at 1840 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington. The firm acquired three sites along Wilson/Clarendon Boulevards in January 2023 for $14,000,000. The development would include 188 apartments along with ground-floor retail and restaurant space.
