Plans Under Review for 361 Units + Townhomes
Plans have been proposed for a 529-unit development, part of the Dewey property at Adelphi, Belcrest, and Toledo Roads.
The project is also expected to produce some ground-level retail and additional townhouse-style units in partnership with Stanley Martin.
