Plans Under Review for 400,000+ SF Mixed-Use Development at Parcel 13
has filed plans for an air-rights development at Parcel 13 in Back Bay, now under official review. Plans call for a mixed-use two-tower development reaching 177 feet featuring square-feet of life science research floorspace and 125 residential units across SF of multifamily space.
