Plans Under Review for 387,000 SF "Building 3" at Boynton Yards
has filed plans for the third building development at Boynton Yards in Somerville. Located at 99 South Street, plans call for a 185-foot-tall life science project featuring 378,000 square-feet of research floorspace as well as 280 spaces of underground parking.
