Plumbing Outfitting Underway on Hathon in Medway
A plumbing permit valued at $1,418,070 has been pulled for 39 Main Street in Medway. Named the Hathon, Strategic Land Ventures, LLC and Toll Brothers filed plans for 40B residential development in Medway that were approved in June of 2020. Construction began in May, 2021. Plans call for a 186,321 SF building featuring 190 units and 304 parking spaces.
