Facade Work Nearly Complete at 2686 Broadway
Facade work is close to wrapping up on a 13-story mixed-use development, going up at 2686 Broadway on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Known as "The Rockwell", the project is being developed and contracted in-house by . It will contain condo units, ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom configurations. In addition to residential units, the building will have square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor. This will become a new location for CVS Pharmacy.
The Rockwell will offer numerous tenant amenities including a fitness center, a rooftop terrace with a BBQ station, a residential lounge, a children’s playroom, a movie room, a pet spa facility, a music room, and a private dining accommodation.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by the Spring of 2024.
