The Rockwell Completes on Manhattan's Upper West Side
Construction has fully wrapped up on a 13-story, mixed-use development, located at 2686 Broadway on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Known as "The Rockwell", the project was developed and contracted in-house by . It contains condo units, ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom configurations. In addition to residential units, the building has square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor. This will become a new location for CVS Pharmacy.
The Rockwell offers numerous tenant amenities including a fitness center, a rooftop terrace with a BBQ station, a residential lounge, a children’s playroom, a movie room, a pet spa facility, a music room, and a private dining accommodation.
