The state-appointed Boston State Hospital Citizens Advisory Committee has selected Accordia Partners & Toll Brothers to develop the 10-acre site in Mattapan, former home of the Boston State Hospital. The plans call for a total of 367 units, a mix of condos and apartments, spread between 7 buildings. 66 units within the development would be designated affordable.

The first building in Belmont's new mixed-use project, The Bradford is nearly complete with the Starbucks now open and interior finishing wrapping up for the apartments above. Around the corner exterior work and window install are ongoing for the next phases of the project. In total, the development will include 115 residential units along with 225 parking spaces, and 38,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.

Construction Continues on All 3 Buildings for The Bradford in Belmont
Various stages of construction continue for The Bradford in Belmont, the communities largest mixed-use project to date. The first building that will be completed, The Winslow (built on the site of the former municipal parking lot) is seeing interior work wrapping up with an expected opening in May. Fit out is also underway for a Starbucks within the ground floor retail space of this building.
Framing is ongoing for the Hyland and Pomona buildings. Hyland is expected to be complete later this year with Pomona the last building to come online in 2020.
When complete The Bradford will include around 38,000 square feet of commercial space, 115 residential units (60 two bedroom units and 55 one bedroom units) and 225 parking spaces (including 50 municipal spaces provided as a result of the sale of the municipal parking lot).

Apartments Now Available at The Kendrick
Apartments are now available at The Kendrick in Needham. Sections of the building are open as final touches are being put on the rest of the project. In total, The Kendrick will contain 390 luxury apartments. Units will range in size from studios to three bedrooms. Building amenities include a pool deck and outdoor entertaining space with fire pit and movie theater.

Wood framing of Phase 1 of 2nd Avenue Residences, a five-story, 390-unit luxury apartment development built by Dellbrook | JKS located just off of Route 128 in Needham, is nearing completion, with Phase 2's wood framing also well underway. Underground plumbing is underway for Phase 3 of 2nd Avenue Residences; wood framing of Phase 3 will commence in the coming months. 2nd Avenue Residences' 583-car precast parking garage is nearing completion, with its' first sequence built ahead of schedule and the second sequence well underway. 2nd Avenue Residences will feature apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, with desirable amenities such as a pool deck and outdoor entertaining space. Our 2nd Ave Residences project is preparing to pour their 3rd floor Post Tension Slab, the wood framing is nearing completion for phase 1 and ongoing on phase 2. Concrete slab on grade for phase 2 is now complete and the underground plumbing is underway for phase 3.
