Portions of Waterfront Office Tower to Be Converted to Lab Space
A permit valued at $14,848,317 has been pulled to convert portions of the office tower at 470 Atlantic Avenue to lab space. The project includes work on floors 4,5, & 7 with the scope calling for the construction of new non-structural interior partitions, MEP/FP work & associated architectural finishes. The 14-story Class A building was acquired Nan Fung Group in December 2021 for $238,000,000.
