Procopio & Beverly Crossing Close on Land & Debt for Amara in Beverly
The partnership of the The Procopio Companies and Beverly Crossing has closed on the land, joint venture, and debt for the Amara project on the Beverly waterfront. Approved plans call for a 5-story building to feature 60 apartments, 250 SF of ground floor office, and 73 parking spaces both in a garage and in surface parking.
