Prominent Builders Selected to Build Somerville Condos
Prominent Builders, a full-service construction management company with more than 80 years of combined experience in the construction industry, has been selected to build the new construction, condo building planned for 121 Prospect Street in Somerville. The project will offer 32 modern residences with an expansive roof deck and is designed to Passive House standards. The site is less than a quarter of a mile from Union Square Station and a stone's throw away from Cambridge's vibrant Inman Square. Demo permits are filed for an anticipated construction of June 2024. Presale of units will launch in May.
