Prominent Builders Wraps up First Electronics HQ in Braintree

Prominent Builders has wrapped up the build-out of the First Electronics Corporation space within Exchange 93 in Braintree. The project includes the fit-out of approximately 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 20,000 square feet of office space designed by Balance Architects. PBI mobilized in August 2023 and utilized its fast-track construction program successfully completing the project in February 2024. The space consists of a new mezzanine overlooking the Blue Hills, a large cafeteria, an employee gymnasium, and an amazing open office area with 18’ curtain wall glazing looking into a meticulously designed manufacturing area. The new facility is the perfect anchor for the Wood Road area in Braintree.
