Renderings Revealed for Buzzard Point Mixed-Use Project
The development team of Steuart Investment Company, MRP Realty, FRP Development Corporation, & Oculus have presented first renderings and additional details on the project planned along S. Capitol St. SW. The first phase of the project would include 451 apartments and nearly 16,000 square feet of retail. Resident amenities will include a pool, lounge, and fitness center on the penthouse level.
