Renovations Continue for Historic Back Bay Property
Hemenway Construction recently took sheetrock delivery at 232 Clarendon Street to begin the installation of new walls for the full gut renovation they are completing on the historic building. The Back Bay brownstone will be transformed to include the headquarters for Century 21 CitySide along with 2 luxury residential units. The project also includes full restoration of the building facade. Construction is expected to be completed in April. Chris Hemenway owner of Hemenway Construction, tells BLDUP, "We always enjoy seeing projects from concept to completion, but it adds a special touch when we can restore a piece of Boston's history in the process."
