Renovations Ongoing For Historic Warehouse as Part of Press House Development
Renovations are ongoing at the landmarked warehouse designed for National Capital Press by Chas H. Thompkins Co. in 1931 which is being repurposed for retail and office uses as part of the Press House development. Interior finishing is also ongoing for the new construction section of the project that will offer 356 residential units. The project will also feature two landscaped courtyards, a fitness center with a climbing wall, ample ground-floor bicycle parking, and a dog spa for pet owners.
